30 Day Limited Warranty:

Kalon Extensions takes immense pride in our craftsmanship and commitment to quality assurance, guaranteeing that each customer receives hair of the highest quality and craftsmanship with every purchase. Our dedication to this promise is underscored by our provision of a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects. These defects are defined as instances where products unravel, shed, or tangle prior to installation. Once the product is installed, the warranty ceases to be applicable. The 30-day timeframe accommodates instances where installation may not occur immediately, recognizing that clients typically schedule appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. After the expiration of the 30-day warranty period, we regret to inform customers that no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be considered. The warranty period commences from the time of order placement.

What does a warranty include:

Kalon Extensions will provide warranty coverage for the following conditions only prior to installation:

  1. Excessive shedding beyond the normal range of 10-15 strands per day. While all real human hair may naturally break and shed, our warranty covers instances of excessive shedding.
  2. Color discrepancy compared to our color ring used as a reference at the time of order. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the hair against our color ring to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. Unraveling or broken stitching, although these occurrences are extremely rare.

What Is Not Covered:

The limited warranty provided by Kalon Extensions does not apply under the following circumstances:

  1. Any instance where the original package has been opened or for custom orders.
  2. Damage resulting from improper installations or move-ups.
  3. Any treatments such as toning, lifting, purple shampoo, or bleaching of the hair.
  4. Issues arising from color deposits or rooting.
  5. Damage caused by exposure to UV rays, salt, chlorine, pH acidic or alkaline water levels, hard mineral, or well water.
  6. Custom orders are considered final sale, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
